Wayne invested 23 years in corporate sales to Fortune 500 companies. Then 20 years ago he was tired of working for “The Man” and corporate miss-culture. He started his first full time company and has created 9 business since that time and currently owns three.

As a small business marketing strategiest, he coaches and provides consulting to business owners in the Southwest and all over the United States.

He tells people of his passion for local small businesses working hard to compete with large national companies. He says the SBA quotes statistics like 90% of all businesses started are out of business within 5 years.

“That is appauling,” he says. He has made it his life work to help others the way he has been helped. “It is not their fault,” he says. Most small business owners are very good at whatever product or service they provide. But most have never been taught the secrets of quick results oriented advertising and marketing.

As a result, they struggle to keep a steady flow of customers and income.
